Tracy has been appraising properties in Edmonton, Fort McMurray, Lethbridge and their surrounding areas since 2003. As a member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada and the Real Estate Council of Alberta, Tracy has inspected upwards of 7,000 properties for the purposes of sales, new construction, relocation, litigation (foreclosure, divorce, estate settlements, etc) and insurance claims, such as those after the Fort McMurray fire in 2016.
